A new addition to Baume & Mercier’s Hampton Square watch collection is the Hampton Magnum XXL Chronograph. Characterized by rugged, industrial styling, this sporty Baume & Mercier timepiece features a 35 X 45mm stainless steel case, black dial with polished steel skeleton hands and a textured rubber strap.
Immediately distinguishing elements include a brushed finish which reveals the grain of the metal, a strongly knurled crown and chronograph pushpieces with a non-slip textured surface.
The Baume & Mercier Hampton Magnum XL Chronograph is controlled by the ETA-Valjoux 7750 automatic movement. This proven mechanical movement, renowned for its precision and exceptional durability, features a chronograph function with 30-minute and 12-hour counters, continuous small seconds, and a rapidly adjustable date display. Balance frequency is 28,800 alternations per hour, and power reserve is approximately 42 hours. Aesthetic refinements which Baume & Mercier has given the movement include perlage and Cotes de Geneve finishing.
